SHORT MAT BOWLS

Our club house is large enough to accommodate three mats for playing short mat bowls. This allows as many as 24 players to play at the same time.

We have teams in both the first and second winter leagues and the summer league run by the Herefordshire Short Mat Bowling Association. The team won the 2013 HSMBA Summer League Competition. Members also take part in other competitions locally.

During the outdoor bowling season some players choose to continue with the Short Mat form of the game.
